Most people know when you need to grab a bucket to put under a leak, it’s time to redo the roof. In reality, you have passed the window of just replacing the roof. Instead of roof patching or replacement, you will have additional mold and mildew in the attic which can cause health issues. If it’s been a longer unnoticed issue, you may have some unseen dry rot. Then, it’s the damage you can see, including the drywall and floors.
The same applies to the gutter system. When the gutter backs up and it starts to rain over the edges, it’s making contact with the fascia boards and other area which are not meant to have constant rain exposure. It can also lead to penetrating the house through pooling around the yard when not draining properly.
With the rain season in Oregon, we encourage property owners to do two full services packages a year. At a bare minimum, for the Portland area, please do at least one full service package a year to maintain the value of your investment.

We offer rental property inspections to ensure that the required maintenance is completed and the property is cared for. We deliver our inspection reports and 360 degree photos in a detailed, easy to manage report.
Property Turns
We handle the reporting and maintenance needs start to finish for tenant turnovers. We offer quick and affordable quality.
